TEEN Anxiety Art Therapy
Our youth today are fighting anxiety like never before (especially young women) and my goal is to help within our community with care and creativity - Melanie Linder
After receiving my art therapy practitioner certification I have begun curating neurological based creativity classes that are designed to help transform the brain.
I’m proud to present my carefully curated directives in these TEEN/TWEEN art classes.
1 hour sessions will take your teen (ages 12-18) through guided visualization, cultivating creative expression and the excavation of personal symbology in a safe and supportive group setting. We will explore our feelings and speak about our artwork in reflection at the end of each session.
All materials are provided as well as a safe and open space for ALL.
I'll supply materials, directives and atmosphere, they just show up, relax, and get creative.
