After receiving my art therapy practitioner certification I have begun curating neurological based creativity classes that are designed to help you start to transform your brain!

Join me and experience the 2 hour practices that will get your prefrontal cortex working so your amygdala can take a break. Research has shown how effective adding a weekly practice like this can be for lowering anxiety and battling depression.

Each week (Feb-4th through March 18th) we will try a creative practice designed by me to engage your hearts, hands, and minds. The class will start with a 2 min meditative body scan, and ends with reflection. We will share our feelings and thoughts throughout the process.

Classes will rotate between each one of these 7 practices:

  • Bullet journaling (learning, practicing, sharing, goal-making)

  • Collaging (self expression and archeology)

  • feeling-map making (exploring a map of our mind/feelings)

  • Kintsugi (Japanese technique of repairing broken items with gold and glue)

  • Mandala coloring (meditative and soothing)

  • “Fuzzy friends” coloring books with markers plus more! (Joyful stress-relief)

  • Eraser stamp making (engaging and rewarding)

All materials are provided as well as a safe and open space for all to enjoy.

This class is for 14+ unless you are accompanied by an adult.
